- I was reading a way back that there was a good book whose focus was
- dynamic memory (new/delete). I wrote it down, but I lost it :(
-
- If anyone knows this book, please E-mail the title & autors (& ISBN, if
- possible)
-
- I'm also looking for a book that discusses #include guards (& breaking
- files into .h & .c) and gives lots of examples. I know it's only a
- small part of the language, but I'd like a good book. Most books don't
- discuss this topic well.
-
- Many thanx
